Barden Family Orchard is a multi-generational farm growing tree fruit for over 90 years. Our orchard was established in 1931 by our grandparents, John and Hazel Barden. Building on their shared knowledge, we have expanded our apple and peach crops to include blueberries, raspberries, sweet corn, pumpkins, and more. Our farm stand is brimming with fresh fruit and sweet apple cider made on the premises, and visitors can also experience the joy of harvest by coming for seasonal “pick-your-own” activities. Our crops and products are also available at the many farmers’ markets that we attend from July through April. Come and experience a delicious part of Rhode Island.
